For the MOSCA, being butchers is a family destiny: already in the early 1900s the five sons of the progenitor Pietro were all butchers. However, it was Ermenegildo who opened the small shop in the historic center of Biella which has become the store we know today.

Today, 400 sqm and twelve windows that look with elegance on the central Via San Filippo, the heart of the city of Biella. Inside a rich selection of high quality products form the assortment of the store. In the butcher's department you will find the best Piemontese meats selected by us; the assortment is completed by the locally reared pork cuts and the white meat from the poultry department.

The delicatessen, of own production, proposes our specialties among which the natural cooked ham and the numerous variants of salami. A choice of more than one hundred dishes prepared daily represents the offer of gastronomy and diner ranging from meat to fish, from vegetables to gratin pasta, to dozens of delicious appetizers and delicacies.

The cheese counter boasts up to 200 different types of Italian and foreign cheeses. Bread and breadsticks are also served, fresh stuffed pasta and egg pasta and a small production of artisan pastry.
