VALVITAL S.p.A, established in 1971, covers an area of 32,000 sq.m, of which 7,000 are indoors, and operates in the field of hot forging and machining. Its production is aimed at large manufacturers of tractors, agricultural and industrial vehicles, construction equipment, forklifts, transmissions and gear boxes.<\/p>\r\n
The production is able to offer particular rough and finished products, made by hot forging, for the following sectors:<\/p>\r\n
– INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS: gearbox input shafts, axle shafts, bevel pinions, usually upset shafts, pinions brake, brake trees.<\/p>\r\n
– AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS: axle-shafts for tractors, transmission input shafts, usually upset shafts, pinions, lifting bars.<\/p>\r\n
– EARTH MOVING MACHINES: transmission input shafts, axle shafts, differential shafts, bevel pinions, double upset shafts.<\/p>\r\n
VALVITAL’s production capacity includes products with a bar diameter from 32 mm to 150 mm, forged flanges up to 390 mm and weights from 10 kg to 150 kg.<\/p>\r\n
The realization of the moulds is done directly by the company, using numerical control machines. The workshop is equipped with modern machinery such as: CNC centering machines, CNC lathes, Gear cutting machines, CNC induction-hardening machines, CNC grinding machines.
Hot forging is carried out in its plants in total compliance with quality and environment.
The production lines, equipped with screw and hydraulic presses and articulated robots, allow VALVITAL high productivity also for big dimensional parts.<\/p>\r\n
